A new Dickens reading project has been announced, looking at Our Mutual Friend from May 2014 to November 2015 to coincide with the 150th anniversary of the novel’s original publication in May 1864 and to celebrate the forthcoming 10th anniversary of Birkbeck’s online journal 19: Interdisciplinary Studies in the Long Nineteenth Century.
