PROGRAMME: DEVOURING: FOOD, DRINK AND THE WRITTEN WORD, 1800-1945

Devouring: Food, Drink and the Written Word, 1800-1945

Saturday 8th March 2014

Registration is now open for ‘Devouring: Food, Drink and the Written Word, 1800-1945′, a one day multidisciplinary conference to be held at the University of Warwick on Saturday 8th March. The conference brings together researchers with an interest in the culinary cultures of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries to share perspectives on food, drink, consumption and literature.

The programme can be downloaded as a pdf here. Registration is £20 full, £15 for students and £10 for Warwick staff and students. Directions, registration instructions and other information can be found here.
