Registration is now open for ‘Devouring: Food, Drink and the Written Word, 1800-1945′, a one day multidisciplinary conference to be held at the University of Warwick on Saturday 8th March. The conference brings together researchers with an interest in the culinary cultures of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries to share perspectives on food, drink, consumption and literature.
