Session 9 of our seminar took place on Wednesday 10th October at the UFR d’Etudes Anglophones Charles V (salle A11, 17h30-19h30):

‘The Mind in Distress: Investigation into the Uncanny in Victorian Fiction’.

Sonia Ouaras (Université Sorbonne Nouvelle) hosted the session and introduced the texts.

François Vergne (Maître de conférences, Université Sorbonne Nouvelle) was her respondent and gave a paper entitled ‘”Peter Ibbetson” – an oneiric investigation’.
